We do not share Candidate Social Security Numbers, dates of birth, or background check results with payment or email service providers.

Important: Because ScreenMate is a technology platform and not a Consumer Reporting Agency, requests for copies of reports or disputes about report accuracy should be directed to the Investigator who conducted the background check or the Company that requested it. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). However, please note that much of the information processed through the Platform may be exempt from CCPA/CPRA because it is covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
